Forged Aluminum Fittings (Lightweight Fittings)

Lightweight fittings were developed to meet the automotive industry’s demand for reduced product weight. The main metal components are made using high-strength forged aluminum, while the threaded sections are crafted from aluminum alloy. The fitting body can be made either from aluminum alloy or a composite of aluminum alloy and nylon resin, offering a balance of weight reduction and cost efficiency. These lightweight fittings are designed for use with compressed air systems, supporting a maximum working pressure of 15 bar and operating temperatures from -40°C to +104°C. They are compatible with nylon tubes that meet QC/T80 or DIN74324 standards.

These fittings are ideal for air brake systems, including connections between the chassis and axles, as well as between axles. They can also be used in other systems, such as air suspension, engine, transmission, and auxiliary brake systems.
