This because there is a team of enthusiastic people who have worked in the industry for years, firmly belive continuous improvement is their responsibility and follow an integrated quality & environmental management system certified according to ISO14001 and IATF 16949. Along with ERP and MES systems, real-time workshop monitoring system, overhead conveyor and warehouse racking systems, the annual production can realize 30 million units of quick connect fittings, 20 million meters of nylon tubing and 1.5 million sets of automotive tube assemblies. In addition, the company has its own CNAS accredited laboratory to conduct testing and developing products, ensuring every product in compliance with industry quality standard. The company has built a strong brand reputation and gained in-depth experience and knowledge over 20 years of serving customers, and is now a large company having nearly 500 employees and technicians (15%) with two production bases located in Zhuji city (Zhejiang province) and Jingyang county (Shaanxi province), covering 70,000 square meters and 30,000 square meters respectively. Today, Boshite owns two subsidiary companies, Saimansi is one of the two.

Our decision to the establishment of Saimansi stems from our deep passion and aim, to tackle the toughest challenges of rising labor cost and high energy consumption faced by customers associated with tube bending applications. In 2013, we started our growth path for the development of plastic tube bending machines. To date, we have independently developed the 5th generation of tube bending machine that is primarily designed for producing nylon tubes used in vehicles by using automatic thermoforming process. What's more, our 6th generation of tube bending machine is currently being developed by learning from previous products, making it superior in terms of production efficiency, material, diameter and quality of finished tubes.

Manufactured using an innovative approach and sophisticated production techniques, our fully automatic thermoforming machine for bending nylon tubes has been granted with national invention patent, authorized for the invention patent applications in the United State, the European Union (EU) and Japan, and won the honorary title of "Zhejiang Province's First (Set) Equipment". With an annual production capacity of more than 200 sets, this nylon tube bending machine is remarkable by achieving a total revenue of nearly one hundred million RMB.
