May 18, 2015: The first generation of tube bending machines was introduced, enabling the processing of 25% of nylon tube types commonly used in industries such as automotive and manufacturing
June 16, 2017: The second generation followed, bringing a 1.5x increase in efficiency. This new generation of nylon tube bending equipment could handle 35% of nylon tube types, further reducing processing time and improving overall performance
November 15, 2019: The third generation introduced universal forming capabilities, boosting processing efficiency by 25% and handling up to 45% of nylon tube varieties. The machine's stability was also improved, and it received a national patent
August 1, 2021: Our fourth-generation of nylon tube bending machines became more efficient, handling up to 55% of nylon tube types and processing materials like PA612 and PA1012. This upgraded version of tube bending machines also optimized tube forming for high-temperature materials.
November 11, 2023: The fifth generation was launched with a more refined coordinate programming system. Our new nylon tube bending machines are now capable of processing 90% of nylon tube types, including those with larger diameters and thinner walls. Efficiency increased by 22%, and the plastic tube thermoforming machines now support advanced automation options like robotic integration for spring insertion and tube marking, which is highly beneficial for automotive applications
