Our raw material warehouse spans nearly 1,500 square meters and is organized to store materials based on their type and specifications. This structured storage system ensures that the quality and performance of the raw materials meet the required standards, supporting efficient and reliable production.
Forging WorkshopEquipped with six automated feeding machines, 12 automated stamping presses, five trimming machines, and two shot blasting machines, the workshop handles a range of materials, including brass and aluminum alloy. The stamping presses, with a capacity of 120 to 300 tons, support the production of up to 20,000 tons of forged blanks annually, ensuring high efficiency and precision.
Our fine-machining workshop is equipped with advanced machining equipment, including 22 TSUGAMI Swiss-type lathes, 4 TSUGAMI turning machines, 10 machining centers, and a Wickman six-axis multifunctional lathe. Additionally, our machining workshop houses over 200 domestic machine tools in various specifications. With these resources, our fine machining workshop can produce up to 50 million precision components annually, handling materials such as copper, aluminum, steel, and iron.
Equipped with eight injection molding machines, the injection molding workshop can produce plastic products ranging from 10g to 2000g. The materials used include PA, PP, PE, POM, ABS, and others, offering flexibility for a wide range of applications. With an annual production capacity of 20 million units, the facility ensures high efficiency and precision in plastic part manufacturing.
Assembly WorkshopThe assembly workshop is fitted with 25 assembly lines and 12 fully automated, self-developed lines, along with laser marking equipment and integrated online testing systems. With this setup, the facility can meet an annual production capacity of 30 million fittings, ensuring precision and efficiency in the assembly process.
Designed to handle large volumes of semi-finished products and components, this warehouse has over 12,000 storage spaces. The facility uses an advanced automated racking system to ensure seamless inventory management, tracking items efficiently and following a “first-in, first-out” approach. An overhead automatic logistics system further enhances operations by delivering and retrieving products based on their type, optimizing the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse.
The finished products warehouse covers nearly 3,000 square meters and is organized into specific zones based on product categories. This structure ensures accurate tracking during both storage and retrieval, preventing any mix-ups or errors in the process.
Our R&D laboratory, certified by CNAS, is equipped with a wide range of advanced testing and inspection equipment. This includes spectrometers, UV aging testers, comprehensive testing platforms, high and low temperature test chambers, various durability testing machines, tensile testers, hardness testers, cleanliness inspection instruments, 3D printing technology, moisture analyzers, and salt spray test chambers. These tools support the research, development, and performance testing of quick-connect fittings and nylon harnesses, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability.
